6/10 Corporation Bookstore

Renovation of an old Winter Haven landmark located at the corner of 3rd Street and Central Avenue.  Developed by the 6/10 Corporation, this project now houses seven retail businesses including three restaurants, on the two street fronts and the second floor is office space.  This project was a major impetus for the restoration of downtown Winter Haven.
