This project consisted of 3 major components: A 110,000 S.F., 10-story administration center for Lakeland Electric & Water, which included a secure 24-hour operations center; a 518 car garage; and a 40,000 S.F. addition to City Hall, which became a “fraternal” twin to the historic original and incorporates the City Commision Chamber.
