This project for Florida Southern College proposed a Bookstore addition with renovations to the existing Wolfe Building and a new Residence Hall on Columbia Way, while conforming to an established campus master plan.  The plan was approached in phases:  Phase One would begin a partial addition/remodeling of the existing Wolfe Building, a new plaza and the new residence hall.  Phase Two would complete the proposed renovations to the Wolfe Building, while adding a new top floor level with a grand ballroom.
