Wauchula CRA

In 2010, Wallis Murphey Boyington Architects supported Kimley-Horn and Associates to provide a review and update to the City of Wauchula's adopted 1997 Community Redevelopment Plan.  In order to create a new community vision that would catalyze future development, the plan analyzed factors of socio-economics, demographics, funding, potential target sites, and proposed strategies for improvement.  Proposed redevelopment sites included renovations to the Coker Fuel Building, green field development at U.S. 17 South/Main Street, and renovations to the existing historic city hall to include a new civic auditorium.
