disinvestments that led to the tired and worn look of the area.
This was symptomatic of the actual problems and the team recommended
that the CRA implement a new concept – the “Café
Society” – to encourage pedestrian traffic, shopping
and outdoor dining. This plan will create a vibrant new “Café
Society” that will stimulate business activity and encourage
reinvestment. |
