is a residential community subdivision located on 373 acres in Lake
Wales and will incorporate hotels and commercial sites. The master
plan has been drafted to include a 950 dwelling, walkable community
situated around several lakes, a central retail boulevard, and a
25 acre park with a clubhouse, walkways, and cycleways. With the
full approval of the City of Lake Wales, this community is designed
to improve the quality of housing and amenities in this area of
Polk County. Construction will be completed in phases between 2006
and 2009. |
