This
36,750 sq. ft. cancer treatment center's main design goal was to
de-institutionalize the treatment environment and to support all
patients and all therapies. Included treatment areas are: a radiation
suite with two linear accelerators, a chemotherapy suite with lab
and pharmacy, a medical suite with offices, exam and special procedure
rooms. There is also an administrative suite that includes an interactive
conference room that has a "smart board" screen for on-site
and off-site conferencing and education.
