Spring Trace, Morse Landing, and Clearlake Crossing are a collection of proposed multi-family affordable developments. These projects, all similar in scale and style, are three-story buildings consisting of ground floor flats with townhouse units stacked above. Each building is fronted on the street with the rear of each unit having a private lanai. The developments all include many amenities for their tenants such as a clubhouse, picnic pavilion, tot lot, beach volleyball court, and car care center.
