Summer Breeze is the “sister” project to Summerset Village. It is a 216 unit affordable Senior Living Center. This H-shaped building is three stories tall and has a pool and shuffle board court between its wings. The building includes common rooms such as a community room, arts & crafts room, screened-in patio, and lounges. Each floor has laundry rooms, trash chutes, and elevators.
